The accomplished and emerging artists of the Kent Art Association exhibit their latest work in this the second show open to the Association’s 300 plus members. The KAA Member’s shows are always an exciting, colorful and eclectic assemblage of artwork ranging from quiet landscapes to colorful abstractions in all mediums, including but not limited to Watercolor, Oils, Acrylics, Photography and Sculpture. Sizes range from large pieces that demand attention to small works that fit easily into any space. The KAA Members II Show offers something for everyone; with artwork that fits all spaces, tastes and pocketbooks.
Gallery hours are Thursday – Sunday, 1-5 pm. The Judges are Mary Anne Carley and Werner Kappes. The Members II Show runs from August 4 to 26. Currently on exhibit on the front lawn is a stainless steel sculpture of a 1920’s Flapper created by the W. David Herman Gallery in Kent especially for the Art Association’s 95th Anniversary.
