Lisa Larkin, certified Health and Wellness Coach of Woodbury, will teach you how to create healthy habits in small steps that are achievable for the New Year. She will talk about creating manageable goals, weight loss, starting your day in a positive way and de-stressing.
Lisa Larkin is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach specializing in nutrition education and Corporate Wellness. She received her certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2011 and proceeded to receive her certification in Corporate Wellness. Lisa coaches people one-on-one or in group settings specializing in an array of health and nutrition topics such as weight loss, seasonal weight loss challenges, beating sugar cravings, healthy meal prep and more. She has a passion to help others achieve their best self. She is a wife and mother to three adult children who integrates healthy habits into her family’s lifestyle. Her passion is cooking for loved ones and getting outdoors. Lisa’s motto is “Movement and a healthy lifestyle are key to a happy and healthy life!”
